It will be closed on Mondays. Tickets only cost RM1 and admission is free for children under 12 who are accompanied by an adult.

The book fair offers an expanded selection of over 5,000 books at affordable prices.

They cover a range of subjects including science, sports, hobbies, cookery, arts, medicine, languages and philosophy.

One Response to Book Fair on Water by Sharmila Senin

  1. Thanks Sharmila for bringing this floating book fair to our attention.

The information below is obtained from http://www.omships.org/index.php?option=com_content&task=view&id=61&Itemid=278:

Logos Hope was purchased in 2004. The ship’s gross tonnage is three times that of Logos II, the ship it replaces. The extra space gives visitors the opportunity to choose from a wider range of activities and will allow for more crewmembers to serve on board. Logos Hope is OM Ships International’s largest ship.

After going through a complete renovation to transform her from a ferry into the ship she is today, Logos Hope launched into active service in February 2009.

Great opportunity to see the inside workings of this unique boat and the books available for just one ringgit and free for your children under 12.
